this year, it amuses me how there is almost as much ppl grumbling and cursing at valentines day as much as there are those who are celebrating and showing off their gifts on facebook. and then there are those who attempt to enlighten and encourage those who may feel left out on this commercialized lovely day.
dun get me wrong, i'm not judging these ppl. the part that amuses me is that the ppl who posted, be it the lover, hater or self proclaimed wise one suits every1 of their personality so well. often enough they say ppl can hide in the virtual world and not show one's true self. and amazingly facebook transcends all that. in the new digital age, a facebook's wall often tells it all.
and the irony sets in that these different groups of people who "posted" should realise they have something in common afterall.. be it whichever side on valentines day they may be on.
